Музыка для спорта и тренировок
Трудно и представить себе занятия спорта без музыки. Музыка звучит везде - в тренажерных залах и фитнес центрах, в бассейнах и на катках. Музыка помогает настроиться на тренировку, делает занятия спортом более динамичными, активными и веселыми.
Ученые и физиологи регулярно проводят исследования, по изучению влияния музыки на человека во время бега, велосипедных прогулок, занятий в тренажерном зале. Согласно результатам, правильно подобранная музыка улучшает результативность тренировок и выносливость организма в целом на 15%. Акцент при этом делается именно на ритмичную музыку, темп которой будет соответствовать сердечному ритму человека.
Для занятий, например, скретчингом, калланетикой, бегом трусцой подойдет музыка с ритмом 80-100 ударов в минуту, для более высокой аэробной нагрузки, такой как при шейпинге, танцах, силовых упражнениях ритм должен быть 120-140 ударов в минуту.
Для фитнеса в настоящее время делают сборники фитнес музыки, которая по ритму подбирается специально под этапы тренировки - разминку, основную часть, дыхательные упражнения, несет положительную эмоциональную окраску и часто звучит non stop все занятие.
Человеческий организм откликается на звуки музыки на бессознательном уровне - в зависимости от темпа музыки и мелодии может учащаться или замедляться дыхание, меняться пульс, улучшаться настроение.
Что же касается занятий в тренажерном зале - то для того, чтобы эффективно нарастить мышечную массу лучше слушать рок музыку и хард-рок (было установлено, что именно эта музыка увеличивает выделение тестостерона, который стимулирует мышечный рост и снижает болевой порог, что позволяет делать тренирующемуся дополнительно несколько повторений).
